Internet Explorer 7's default settings stop the message board from working properly. If, when you type in your username and password and click "login", you simply get the login page appear again asking you for the same information once more, follow this simple three-stage fix:

Locate the privacy icon on the information bar at the bottom of the screen:

Double-click it.

The Privacy Report window will appear:

Double-click on the "http://www.asthmachat.1me.net/..." entry, and highlighted above. The other entries (if there are any - it depends entirely on how your web browser is configured) are not important.

The Privacy Policy window will appear:

At the bottom of the window, select "Always allow this site to use cookies". Click "OK", and then "Close" to return to Internet Explorer. You can now log in as normal.
